I'm a public policy professional who helps organizations put evidence to work for their strategy and purpose, combining quality data, artificial intelligence, and critical thinking.

I work at the point where an organization already knows what it wants to achieve but doesn't yet have the path that gets it there — or a way to later prove it arrived. I design theories of change, vertical logic, and output-to-impact indicator systems; conduct evaluations; implement learning mechanisms; and build AI-assisted research workflows that turn weeks of work into days.

My view on artificial intelligence is the same as my view on data: the time it saves is the least valuable thing it does. Its real value is raising the quality of what gets produced — and only when a person with sound judgment is in charge, aware that everyone carries biases.
